We are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organisation's Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and configure Salesforce to meet the business needs.

The Salesforce Administrator is also responsible for user training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity within the system.

What you will be doing as a Salesforce Administrator…

  • Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the organisation's requirements.
  • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Provide user training and support to help maximise adoption and usage of Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions in Salesforce.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data cleansing and de-duplication efforts.

We would love to hear from you if you have…

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
