We are currently recruiting for a Service Sales Advisor to join our sales team, you will be responsible for sales activities related to after-sales services, service contracts, maintenance packages, parts, and other support solutions. The role requires effective sales strategies, self-motivation, and drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. 

There is no cold calling involved in this role however it will be a mixture of reactive and proactive selling to our customer base.

What you will be doing as an Outbound Sales Advisor…

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, and competition to improve sales strategies and product development 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored after-sales solutions
  • Negotiate key contracts and sales agreements with customers and partners 
  • Utilise CRM our systems to analyse sales data and generate reports for upper management
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns for after-sales services

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-satisfaction role
  • Experience in negotiating high-value contracts with a track record of successful sales achievements
  • Articulate with excellent written communication skills
